Zoe's primary experience stems from the decade she spent as in-house Labour Relations, Employment and Human Rights counsel for Loblaw Companies Limited, one of Canada’s largest private employers. She provided day-to-day and long-term strategic employment and labour law advice to the company’s Human Resources and Labour Relations Managers across the country.
